Full of handy tips on how to grab remarkable cash-free bargains, the show also profiles successful freebie finders in Britain, including Jonathan, who claims not to have paid for meat in thirty years.

Inspired by Jonathan's efforts, Harry puts his squeamishness to one side and haggles for free rabbits from a Welsh pest-controller, and obtains key ingredients for his freebie dinner from bins and the local woodland.
